Entry Requirements for Courses, Insurance and Accreditation

  Medical Qigong Diploma

Entry Requirements:  Participants must be at least 18 years old.  Although the course is not too physically demanding participants should be in a reasonable state of health and fitness in order to carry out Medical Qigong.

 It is a requirement that all students should have completed an appropriate course in Anatomy and Physiology.   Where this has not been undertaken prior to the course the School can make arrangements for a distance-learning course to be provided by Alternative Training for an additional fee.  This Certificated course, based on home study and assignments, can be taken alongside the Medical Qigong Certificate.

 Special Entry Requirements for those with TCM Qualifications

  These apply to appropriately qualified TCM practitioners and those with relevant Three Treasures School of TCM qualifications..

  HOME STUDY is focussed on Core TCM modules relevant to all courses.   This enables those who have prior learning in the content of the core TCM modules to be exempt from these aspects of the Diploma courses  They will need to attend only the two blocks of study at theSchool  that are devoted to the theory and practical study of a specific therapeutic method.  Fees for those with such prior learning will be reduced.Excempt students will be assessed as others are on the course to ensure that their knowledge is current.

Accreditation

 Three Treasures School is a recognised College with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA).  The School and its Courses are registered with the Association and all Awards will be annotated accordingly
