Diploma in Medical Qigong

Entry Requirements: Must hold the Three Treasures Certificate in Medical Qigong or an equivalent qualification from another School or College or meet the Special Entry Requirements described above.

 Duration of the course: A further four months followed by two months supervision.

 CONTENT

 The Diploma in Medical Qigong

Students will have gained the Three Treasures School of TCM Certificate in

Medical Qi Gong or an equivalent qualification from another Centre, before starting on the Diploma level modules.

To obtain this award students will have satisfactorily completed a further four modules over a period of four months based on home assignments and one weekend session per month at the Centre plus Supervision.

  • Setting up a treatment facility including safety and hygiene

  Module MQgD6 Clinical Practice of Medical Qigong

·         Diagnosis & Treatment using Prescribed Qigong Exercises

·         Techniques for the safe Transmission & Projection of healing Qi

·         Diagnosis & Treatments using transmitted Qi

 Supervision

In the two months following the end of the course students will submit for assessment case notes for a number of patients treated.  They will also be required to submit their MQg Journal as evidence of their continuing practice and development.
