  Special Entry Requirements

These apply to appropriately qualified TCM practitioners and those with relevant Three Treasures School of TCM qualifications..

The weekend sessions have been designed so that one of the days is focussed on Core TCM modules relevant to all courses, the other to a specific therapeutic method.  This enables those who have prior learning in the content of the core TCM modules to be exempt from these aspects of the courses, at each level.  They will need to attend only the one-day per weekend that is devoted to the theory and practical study of a specific therapeutic method.  Fees for those with such prior learning will be reduced and they will be assessed only on that part of the course undertaken.

Examples:

·         A holder of the Three Treasures Certificate in Tui Na Massage joining the Certificate in Medical Qigong course will only need to attend one day per weekend of the course.

·         A qualified TCM acupuncture practitioner need only attend one day for each weekend of each of the Certificate and Diploma Levels to gain a Medical Qigong Diploma.
